JUST PUBLICITY is proud to announce that it has been appointed as the official PR agency to the Deutsche Filmakademie (German Film Academy).
The Deutsche Filmakademie was founded in September 2003 and is conceived as a platform for members of the German film industry with the aim of promoting a continual exchange of creative and productive ideas and strengthening the image of the German film both at home and abroad.
The Deutsche Filmakademie regards its major tasks as encouraging the growth of new talents. As an independent institution inspired by the example of other such national academies (e.g. “Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences”, “British Academy of Film & Television Arts”) it aims to cooperate with its fellow institutions and commence exchanges on an international level. In 2005 the Academy will become responsible for organising the German Film Awards and deciding upon its prize winners.
