Jeff Bridges who has been nominated for the 5th time won the coveted prize for his captivating performance of Bad Blake - a fallen Country Star who hasn't much left in his life except his music. The Academy was also impressed by the music theme song "The Weary Kind" and awarded writer and Grammy® winner T Bone Burnett and singer-songwriter Ryan Bingham for the Best Original Song.
CRAZY HEART was released in German theaters on March 4, 2010.
